After living and working on the Cote D’Azur and in the French Alps, I have seen the impact our hospitality industries have on the sea, the beaches and also on the mountains. Having previously worked in the yachting industry, I am determined, alongside you, to attempt to save our planet by reducing, reusing and recycling.
